Hi, I am Stephen Joines.

By trade I am an Electrical/Electronics Engineer. Seem strange how I say this to people who think I am mad to give it all up. The thing is, I never enjoyed the big city life. Even though I enjoyed the work I was doing, it was not something I had passion for. In 2011 my family and me moved from the midlands to a small coastal town in Dorset, South England (The Jurassic Coast). This is how my passion for photography began and grew in to a career I actually enjoyed.

The photography I enjoy the most is Landscape, Street as well as creative. Landscape and Street gets me out and about enjoying our beautiful area in Dorset. Portraits give me the opportunity to make that person stand out and show them at there best. The part I like about creative photography is the planning and experimenting. Its so rewarding when the planning and experimenting works. The satisfaction is so rewarding.

I have been asked by many people why I started a YouTube Channel too. Well, why not? Photography is more than just taking a picture. The creative side turns a picture in to a story. They say a pictures speaks a thousand word, this is true for any serious photographer.

Its not about what you see, its about the way you see it.
