Lens ball fun
I have not used my lens ball for a while. After a quick polish I played about with some ideas I had a while back. Its another good example of how lighting is the key to getting good shots. Normally with a lens ball you need large objects, but as show in the video HERE you don't always need to.
The thing with lens balls is this. Buy what you can afford. The cheaper they are the more imperfections they have. Mine was about £30 and I can see a couple of marks inside the ball. Luckily they do not show up in the shots I have taken. So be cautious when buying one.
